The customer will stay between the specified dates. If the customer wishes to extend the stay, the stay can be extended after making the request and payment.
Unless otherwise stated, it is forbidden to bring into the facilities items that smell, leak, have flammable or explosive properties or disturb the surroundings, sharp and piercing weapons and firearms.
The reservation fee includes all services specified separately in the reservation. Services not specified and extra products and services to be purchased at the hotel are subject to an extra fee.
The customer agrees to pay 100% of the reservation amount in advance.
If the consumer requests cancellation up to 2 days before the hotel check-in date, cancellation will be free of charge; 1 night's room fee will be charged for reservations that are not notified of cancellation on time.
The consumer declares, accepts and undertakes that the fee will not be canceled for reservations made without refund; in such cases, if the consumer requests cancellation, it will not be valid and the contract price will be paid in full to PINAR Hotel.
In case of a request by the consumer to change the service, provided that this change is approved by PINAR HOTEL, if there is a price difference between the previously received service and the newly requested service, the consumer must pay the difference to PINAR HOTEL immediately upon acceptance of the change request.
The customer can transfer the hotel reservation he/she made to any person he/she wants until 15 days before the start of the accommodation date. The transferring customer is jointly and severally responsible for the balance and the expenses arising from the transfer.
However, if the price of the new service is lower than the price of the previous service, PINAR HOTEL will refund the difference to the consumer.
If the consumer documents the illnesses that prevent him/her from his/her usual work for 10 days, which coincide with the accommodation period of his/her or his/her first degree relatives, with an official report to be obtained from the Fully Equipped State Hospital or in the event of death, the reservation cancellation request is accepted and the amount paid by the consumer is refunded, excluding the expenses arising from mandatory taxes, duties and similar legal obligations and the amounts paid to third parties that can be documented and cannot be refunded.
The hotel cannot be held responsible for events such as natural events, social events, international relations, technical malfunctions, strikes and protests that may occur before or during the reservation dates specified in the contract, and events arising from the hotel's service being incomplete or not providing service.
If the customer complains about the service received at the hotel during the hotel reservation date and wants to leave, he/she must notify the hotel and agency in writing. If the agency can get back the payment made by the customer for the reservation from the hotel, it will make the refund payment to the customer.
In this case, the report and documents will be presented before the start of the service. If the consumer does not notify in writing that he/she will participate in the accommodation service whose start he/she missed; PINAR HOTEL has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the consumer after 24 hours.
In such cancellations, no refund will be made to the consumer.
The hotel accepts VISA, AMEX and MASTERCARD credit cards for payment; and reserves the right to temporarily withdraw a certain amount before arrival.
